I am an Electronics Engineer / Physicist, specialised in microfluidics, magnetic fluids and electrical impedance. I work in the area of microfluidics with direct application the electrical actuation and impedance sensing of fluids. I employ impedance spectroscopy to characterise electrolytic liquids and magnetic fluids. I perform studies on nanoparticle suspensions by means of impedance spectroscopy. My measurements explain the relaxation and resonance of the nanoparticles. Furthermore, I have particular interest in topics relating to electromagnetism, including radio wave propagation, antennas, waveguides, transmission lines, and electromagnetic compatibility.
