I was a member of the TUT extended steering group of the Primus programme. In cooperation with the representatives of the Language Centres of the Estonian University of Life Sciences, Tallinn University and Tartu University we organised four training courses on testing for the lecturers of the Language Centres of the four public universities in Estonia.

I have participated in compiling syllabi for the majority of English courses taught by the Language Centre of TTÜ.
I have also taught courses to TTÜ staff.
In order to determine the level of the English language knowledge, I examine (test and/or interview) TTÜ students applying for ERASMUS exchange programmes, candidates applying for degree studies, Prep-Year programme and summer school at TTÜ as well as the employees of Global Security.
In addition, I have participated in a number of international projects and various training courses on language teaching and testing.
I have compiled the syllabus for the TTÜ Summer School of the English Language and Nordic Cultures.
In 2015 I was one of the organisers of the international EATAW conference at TTÜ Language Centre and read and evaluated the conference abstracts.
In 2017 as a committee member, I was one of the organisers of the Communication Skills Workshop at Turku University.;

Additional information
I graduated from Tartu University in 1986. The specialism was Romance-Germanic Languages and Literature (the English Language). I was awarded the qualifications of a philologist, teacher and translator/interpreter. The supervisor of my diploma paper was prof. Enn Veldi and the topic was "Syntactic Freezes in English and Estonian" (awrded with the first prize).
In 1997 I participated in CELTA training "IH Certificate Course in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language to Adults" at Soros International House, Vilnius and was awarded a certificate in the category: Excellent.
In 2010 I took the international Cambridge ESOL test of "Certificate of Proficiency in English" (CPE) at the Council of Europe level C2 and was awarded Grade B.
Cambridge ESOL examiner: FCE and CAE oral examiner. CB CAE invigilator, IELTS invigilator and clerical marker.

Olen osalenud enamike TTÜ keeltekeskuse poolt õpetatavate inglise keele kursuste ainekavade väljatöötamisel.
Samuti olen teinud täienduskoolitusi TTÜ personalile.
Inglise keele oskuse taseme määramiseks eksamineerin (testin ja/või intervjueerin) ERASMUS programmi raames välisülikoolidesse kandideerivaid TTÜ üliõpilasi, TTÜ kraadiõppesse, Prep-Year programmi ja suvekooli kandideerijaid ning Global Security firma töötajaid.
Lisaks olen osalenud mitmetes rahvusvahelistes projektides ning paljudel keeleõpetamis- ja testimisalastel koolitustel.
Olen koostanud ainekava Inglise keele ja Põhjamaade kultuuri suvekoolile.
2015. aastal aitasin korraldada rahvusvahelist konverentsi EATAW ning lugesin ja hindasin konverentsiettekannete abstract'e.
2017. aastal aitasin korraldada CSW komitee liikmena Communication Skills Workshop'i Turu Ülikoolis.;

Olen lõpetanud Tartu Ülikooli romaani-germaani keelte ja kirjanduse (inglise keel) eriala 1986.a. Omandasin filoloogi, õpetaja ja tõlgi kvalifikatsiooni. Diplomitöö juhendaja oli prof. Enn Veldi ja teema "Syntactic Freezes in English and Estonian" (omistatud esimene auhind).
1997. a. osalesin CELTA koolitusel, mille lõpetasin tulemusega "suurepärane".
2010. a. sooritasin rahvusvahelise Cambridge ESOL eksami "Certificate of Proficiency in English" (CPE) Euroopa Nõukogu tasemel C2.
