TEACHING EXPERIENCE :
In 1971-72, I taught a first year undergraduate physics course at the University of California, San Diego.

In 1975-76, I was part-time visiting professor at the physics department, University of Toronto. I taught fourth year quantum mechanics, covering topics such as wave mechanics, Hilbert space and operators, the harmonic oscillator, scattering theory, the variational principle, stationary perturbation theory, time-dependent perturbation theory, angular momenta and spin, and coupling of angular momenta.

In 1989 I taught an undergraduate course in polymer physics at the Politecnico di Milano.

In 1992 I taught a graduate course in polymer physics at the University of Bayreuth.

I gave a lecture series on materials science and biotechnology, Institute of Theoretical Physics, Universidade de Brasilia in 1995.

At various times I taught courses in polymer physical chemistry to the members of research staff at the Xerox Research Center of Canada.

I was appointed Regents Lecturer, University of California, San Diego in1997, giving specialized lectures in biotechnology, and public lectures on the science and ethics of genetic engineering

TEACHING EXPERIENCE :
In 1971-72, I taught a first year undergraduate physics course at the University of California, San Diego.

In 1975-76, I was part-time visiting professor at the physics department, University of Toronto. I taught fourth year quantum mechanics, covering topics such as wave mechanics, Hilbert space and operators, the harmonic oscillator, scattering theory, the variational principle, stationary perturbation theory, time-dependent perturbation theory, angular momenta and spin, and coupling of angular momenta.

In 1989 I taught an undergraduate course in polymer physics at the Politecnico di Milano.

In 1992 I taught a graduate course in polymer physics at the University of Bayreuth.

I gave a lecture series on materials science and biotechnology, Institute of Theoretical Physics, Universidade de Brasilia in 1995.

At various times I taught courses in polymer physical chemistry to the members of research staff at the Xerox Research Center of Canada.

I was appointed Regents Lecturer, University of California, San Diego in1997, giving specialized lectures in biotechnology, and public lectures on the science and ethics of genetic engineering
