As an Early Stage Researcher at Tallinn University of Technology, I have a proven track record of academic and professional excellence in research, engineering, and project management. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a keen interest in energy systems and product development, I have garnered valuable experience through my diverse roles and projects. During my tenure as a Student Researcher at Jendrassik Grörgy Lab at the Department of Energy, BME, Budapest, Hungary, I spearheaded experimental investigations into flame stability and emissions of lighter fluids. My responsibilities included designing and executing experiments, conducting detailed comparisons between bio-based and hydrocarbon-based lighter fluids, and independently performing thermogravimetric analyses on charcoal samples. Additionally, I developed a novel measurement method to determine the heat of combustion and calorific value of lighter fluids, showcasing my proficiency in experimental techniques and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, and Excel. My stint as an Intern Development Engineer at Signify further honed my skills in product development and testing, project management, and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams. I actively contributed to the research and analysis supporting product development, participated in brainstorming sessions to enhance product features, and received commendations for my contributions to team projects. With a solid foundation in engineering principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving, I have successfully undertaken challenging projects such as estimating the size of compost water heaters and dynamics and simulation of inverted pendulums, demonstrating my ability to tackle complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
