January 20-23, 2014 - Was invited by the Teacher’s College of the above mentioned University as a scholar to provide meetings, seminars and lectures for the coordinators of the exchange programs, for the students and faculty from the Department of Teacher Leadership and Teacher Education, and for the representatives and graduate students in the Department of Educational Administration. The goal of the meetings, seminars and lectures was to facilitate American understandings of how educational practice occurs in Eastern Europe; to discuss higher and adult education in the Republic of Georgia and in the former Soviet bloc regions one of the prominent representatives of which is Estonia; and the future exchange opportunities for US, Estonian and Georgian teachers and students. The project was sponsored by Professor Miles Bryant, Department of Educational Administration, University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

December 2013 – Researched on Emotional Learning Experience of International PhD Exchange Students, by interviewing PhD students and analyzing the Interviews at Tallinn Universities – the project was initiated by Professor Larissa Jogi, Lecturer Katrin Karu, Post-doctoral scholar Nino Sharvashidze, Tallinn University.

October 2013 – Researched the continuance of the Project - Georgian Language for Future Success - initiated by the Georgian President Saakashvili within the framework of School Reforms of 2010-2012 in Georgia for the schools of national minority. The research took place particularly at Karajala School, Gardabani Municipality, Georgia. The project contributed to the international collaborative initiative to identify high need schools around the globe by focusing on a small school in the country of Georgia. The project was sponsored by Professor Miles Bryant, Department of Educational Administration, Nebraska University-Lincoln.
