In 2013 I was invited by the Director of Institute of Physics to initiate TEM related activities at the institue of Physics and was the founding Researcher for TEM related studies on the TITAN G2 microscope. The microscope is a European contribution to infrastructure for R&D in Estonia under the NAMUR project and is open to all Estonian R&D institutions.My activities included setting up the microscope, doing Research and Development, training students, class room teaching and collaborating with several groups abroad and locally;
