Field of research
FIELD OF RESEARCH: 3. Health; 3.1. Biomedicine; CERCS SPECIALTY: B100 History and philosophy of biomedical sciences, theoretical biology, general aspects of evolution ; SPECIALITY: Main scientific interests include population and statistical genetics, as well as software development for implementing statistical methods for genetic studies. I have worked on the development and implementation of methodology of meta-analysis, rare-variant analysis, and sequencing data analysis. I am also participating in several association studies, which are mainly related to T2D and various anthropometric phenotypes.
