Over the course of my professional pursuit, I have been involved in various research activities targeted at the design and development of embedded electronics. A brief history of my R&D activities follows:
Pursuing my PhD research in the domain of “Energy-efficient techniques and architecture for the Green Internet of Things” at TalTech, Estonia; I am contributing towards the R&D and implementation of IoT technology; in a project that is being carried out in close collaboration with Telia Eesti AS and T.J. Seebeck Department of Electronics, TTU, TalTech Campus.
Previously, working as a researcher at TeCIP Institute, Italy; I looked into the issues related to Time-to-Digital Converters for pulsed ToF LASER RADAR Systems.
I also collaborated as a guest researcher at ECRELS Lab, School of ECE, TUC, Crete, Greece to work on FPGA based adaptive control systems that included incorporation of dynamic partial reconfiguration inside the FPGA chips.
While working as a researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicacoes (IT), Aveiro, Portugal, I worked as part of the EU FP7 project where I was involved in the design and implementation of deterministic real time MAC protocol for wireless vehicular networks.
For my MS studies in engineering at Hanyang University, SouthKorea; I worked as a research assistant in Reliable and High Speed Computing Lab towards the design and development of a “Time to Digital Converter for a pulsed ToF Laser Radar System”; a project that I carried out in closed collaboration with South Korean Defense.
Along with an extensive R&D experience, I also possess a long teaching experience at different universities across the Globe where along with teaching I had been involved in conducting electronics/micro-controller labs at the graduate/masters levels. All my experience certificates are available if required.
