See on võistlev, väärtuspunktidel põhinev stipendium, mille nimel võistles omavahel rohkem kui 500 doktoranti enam kui 10 Lähis-Ida riigist (15.01.2013−15.07.2014).

Previous research of Souhaib Oueslati has started with his PhD thesis in Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, University of Tunis ELManar, working in photovoltaic group focusing on developing thin films kesterite materials in 2013, at the same time working with one of the world´s leading photovoltaic research centers: IMEC (Institute of Microelectronics Center) in Belgium, under a scholarship grant from the KACST-Intel Consortium Center of Excellence in Nano-manufacturing Applications (CENA). In 2016, he started to work in photovoltaic company "crystalsol OÜ" in Estonia as development engineer. The company is a spin-off company of TalTech implementing monograins solar cell technology developed and patented by the members of the TalTech team. During his work at the company, several scientific questions related to the performance of the kesterite based monograins solar cells arised. Therefore, he started a post-doctoral research project to focus on solving the key scientific problems in this area in TalTech (2017-2019). He has been awarded a personal research grant PSG441 "Kesterite CZTSSe monograins for photoelectrochemical water splitting and photovoltaic applications(01.01.2020−31.12.2020)". Souhaib Oueslati has published 19 high-level publications in the field of photovoltaic materials research and applied for one European and US patent “Method to stabilize the stoichiometric composition of CZTSe Solar Cells” Oueslati, S. He has actively participated at the scientific conferences in the field of research with many oral and poster presentations.

This is a competitive, merit-based scholarship for which more than 500 Ph.D. students from 10 Middle East countries were competing (15.01.2013−15.07.2014).
