Minu huvid seonduvad põhiliselt kahe valdkonnaga. Oma uurimistöös käsitlen osalusdemokraatiat keskkonnaküsimustes - nt elurikkus, ruumiline planeerimine, kliima - eeskätt Ida-Euroopa riikide kontekstis.
Teiseks huvitun uurimistööde metoodilistest aspektidest, peamiselt kvalitatiivsetes uuringutes.

My research interests intersect two domains. First and foremost, I enjoy engaging with topics related to participatory natural resource governance (e.g. biodiversity, spatial planning), especially in the context of Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries. I am also fascinated by methodological issues, in particular regarding qualitative and mixed-methods inquiry. I engage myself with methodologies that relate to the Interpretivist approach and discourse studies.
