VALDKOND: 3. Terviseuuringud; 3.1. Biomeditsiin; CERCS ERIALA: B100 Biomeditsiini ajalugu ja filosoofia, teoreetiline bioloogia, evolutsiooni üldised küsimused ; PÕHISUUND: Main scientific interests include population and statistical genetics, as well as software development for implementing statistical methods for genetic studies. I have worked on the development and implementation of methodology of meta-analysis, rare-variant analysis, and sequencing data analysis. I am also participating in several association studies, which are mainly related to T2D and various anthropometric phenotypes.
