Stijn Cornelis Maria Van Gorkum
I'm a PhD student in philosophy, working in metaethics. I'm mainly interested in the question what reasons there can be to be moral within a naturalistic framework. Are there only desire-dependent reasons to be moral (e.g., given that I care about helping others, I should do so), or are there desire-independent reasons as well (e.g., whatever my desires, I shouldn't hurt others)?
