The epidemiological as well as political situation has brought forward the absolute necessity to enhance the quantity and quality of technical education e-learning in the Belarusian higher education system. The given project proposes the teaching materials and good practices exchange in the field of energy conversion technology between Tallinn University of Technology and Belarusian State University of Technology. During the project fresh and novel technical study materials are translated into languages fit for Belarusian universities and the materials will be adjusted to fit the curricula through e-learning. In addition, knowledge of hybrid and distance learning in technical education is transferred between partnering universities. Technical visits regarding the same topic are planned.
