Uuring Tallinna linna ametnike tööalaste psühhosotsiaalsete riskifaktorite tuvastamiseks ja organisatsiooni tervise kaitseks hõlmas 150 Tallinna linna ametnikku. Uuring viidi läbi internetipõhise küsitlusena metoodika OHI-2 (Organizational Health Indicator) abil. Uuringu andmebaas on üle antud tellijale.
Study of Tallinn civil servants was carried on for indicate the psychosocial risk factors at work as well as for the organizational health protection. Participants of current research were 150 civil servants from Tallinn city different institutions. The research method was internet-based questionnaire OSI-2 (Organizational Health Indicator). The database of study was gave over the customer.
