Siirdeid on võimalik uurida teoreetiliselt - kasutades numbrilisi simulatsioone ja/või sügavate nivoode mõõteaparatuuri abil
Investigation of the possibility of production of heterostructures based on different SiC polytypes. The heterostructures can be used for detection or generation of light in ultraviolet spectrum. Related numerical simulations and structure investigations with the help of deep traps measurement stations and atomic force microscope.
