Põhjamaade ja Baltimaade vahel filmi- ja meediakoolide võrgustiku loomine läbi loomingulise koostöö ja arutelude.
The project consisted of three main activities: 1) Comparative analysis on creative work in the fields of film and new media. The biggest part of that field was comprehensive analysis of all film and (new) media study programs of all Nordic and Baltic countries universities. Base on that study areas for further cooperation / development were described. Project also supported founding of a new peer-reviewed academic journal "Baltic Screen Media Review" dedicated to audiovisual arts and media from the Baltic Sea region. (http://publications.tlu.ee/index.php/ bsmr/issue/view/24/showToc). 2) Several trainings and seminars were organized. These were targeted mainly for two target groups - for students and for industry professionals. Addition to these also open events for all interested people were carried out (crossmedia workshop during Black Night Film festival and Crossmedia summer school). Development of partners' crossmedia projects was incorporated into BFM's crossmedia production study program. One example of the practical results of the project is crossmedia concept (including the smartphone application for the childern's bed time stories) 3) THE biggest and most prominent outcome / paramount of the project was the international media conference "Creativity in Front of and Behind the Screen". The conference took place (http://www.tlu.ee/ meediakonverents) on October 31st 2013 at Tallinn University conference centre. Conference turned out as a big success and it had more than 250 participants from all Baltic countries, Finland and Sweden. All conference presenations were recorded and all material with additional interviews is available on Tallinn University vimeo channelhttp://vimeo.com/tlu/videos/page:15/sort:date/format:detail
