Käesoleva tööga täiendati pikaajaliste väetuskatsete andmebaase, mille abil on võimalik täpsustada väetamissoovitusi, hinnata väetiste mõju mullale ja keskkonnale üldiselt. The main objective of the research was refining of the influence of different amounts of mineral and organic fertilisers to the yield of crops, the effectiveness of fertilisers and leaching of plant nutrient elements. Due to the weather conditions (1,3…2-fold precipitation compared to average) there was no after-effect of organic fertilisers to the crop yield in the long-term trials at Kuusiku and Olustvere. The effectiveness of manure in the case of low rates of application (30 t ha-1) made 117 and 170 kg of extra yield of potato tubers per 1 t of organic fertiliser in the different levels of mineral fertilisers. The influence of mineral fertilisers and different types of fallows to the yield of grasses rich in clover was very low in the trial at Mooste. Due to the present year weather conditions the concentration of plant nutrient elements in lysimeter and drainage water was higher than it was in 2003. The leaching of plant nutrient elements was highly influenced by precrop. The concentration of NO3 varied from 1,3 up to 70,4 mg l-1. The higher values were detected in the case of barley fallow with manure and tillage of clover as green manure. The main objective of the research was refining of the influence of different amounts of mineral and organic fertilisers to the yield and the quality of crops, effectiveness of fertilisers, leaching of plant nutrients and the measurement of some electro physical parameters of the soils. The efficiency of N fertilisers was high in the formation of yield of crops, potato and grasses due to the special weather conditions. The highest yield of barley was affected by N 105 kg/ha in Kuusiku and Olustvere. The highest yield of potato and winter wheat was achieved with the application rate of N 120 and N 135 accordingly. Low rates of the application of manure (30 t/ha) had the highest efficiency in the case of potato fertilising. The concentration of NO3 varied in very large scale in the lysimeter and drainage water. The concentration of P was low and K was medium in drainage water from the production field. Measurement of electro physical parameters with Percometer showed that the apparatus is easy to use for collecting soil condition data such as the content of soil moisture, temperature and electrical conductivity.
