Sino-foreign Joint Research Project The Joint Research Party to the Project shall accomplish on schedule the work set forth in Project Research Plan. The Joint Research Party shall submit Country Study Report on Estonia to the Organizer when the research is finished. The research chief or researchers of the Joint Research Party shall attend international conference organized by the Project Research Team, deliver presentations on issues under investigation at such conferences and participate in discussion with respect to the general report of the Project. The Joint Research Party shall publish an article whose content is consistent with that of the Project in a major newspaper or academic journal in Estonia.
