Projekti eesmärk on soodustada loovuse ja innovatiivsuse oskusi IKT sektoris
The essence of the INNOSPARK project is to provide highly focused and interactive approach to upskill the ICT SMEs in creative thinking and innovation. As we move from an age of industrialism to a more diverse and complex Information or Knowledge Society, intensified global competition, technological progress and organizational change have driven a shift from manual work to ‘thinking’ jobs and investment in the intellect and creativity of people. Sparking new thinking and action through the development of the INNOSPARK products will directly contribute to the increased pace of change bringing new skills and competences to the fore, in particular generic, transversal and cross-cutting skills, which will enable individuals to flexibly and proactively respond to change and benefit from lifelong learning opportunities. In “The Future of Learning: Preparing for Change” it is indicated that “the digital economy of 2025 will demand a flexible workforce, with a mindset of continual change and the capacity to change and adapt in response to the complexity of the global economy. Generic and transversal skills – sometimes also labelled soft skills – such as problem solving, communication in different media, team working and ICT skills, management and leadership, multicultural openness, adaptability, innovation and creativity and learning-to-learn are increasingly valued in modern economies and labour markets, along with basic skills such as reading and writing, academic skills, technical skills, managerial and entrepreneurial skills.” Promoting creative thinking INNOSPARK project aims at investing in skills development essential to foster excellence and innovation in the ICT world.
