Projekti eesmärk on välja arendada tehnoloogilised lahendused päevalilleseemnete presskoogist taimse joogi tootmiseks ning sisaldab endas teadus- ja patendiuuringuid, mille eesmärk on kaardistada tehnilised parameetrid; tooraine ja prototüübi (barista) kvaliteediuuringuid, mille eesmärk on hinnata nii toorme kui valmistoodete organoleptilist, füüsikalis-keemilist kvaliteeti; määrata tehnoloogilised parameetrid toodete tootmiseks.
The aim of the project is to develop technological solutions for the production of a plant-based drink from sunflower seed cake and includes scientific and patent research aimed at mapping the technical parameters; quality studies of raw materials and prototypes (barista), the purpose of which is to assess the organoleptic, physico-chemical quality of both raw materials and finished products; determine the technological parameters for the production of products.
