Lisainfo

Our goal is to describe the musical tension as a response of a listener to formal patterns applying perception tests and score analysis. We present the basic principles of three graphical analytical methods: 1) analysis of salient features of music, 2) Analysis of musical “energy”, 3) Reduction and averaging of tension curves.
